Yacco MULTICOUPE 600 is a Semi-Synthetic Metalworking oil. It Is an emulsifiable fluid especially intended for working with steel, cast iron and aluminum alloys.

Yacco MULTICOUPE 600 oil is particularly suitable for difficult machining operations: cutting, drilling, milling and grinding with a wheel, etc. Whether on numerically controlled machines or conventional machines, and particularly when both lubricating and cooling properties are required.

Dilution 3 to 8% depending on the difficulty of the machining operations:

current machining = 5%

difficult machining = up to 8%

rectification = 4 to 6%.

Regularly skim any lubricating oils that float on the surface of the baths and remove any filings, shavings, and other contaminants.

Regularly check the concentration of the baths using a refractometer and ensure that the concentration remains correct to ensure effective protection against corrosion and the formation of bacteria.

Storage should be done under cover in clean, dry conditions and protected from the cold. Storage temperatures range from 5°C to 40°C.

As with all aqueous biocidal products, adapt supply to consumption to avoid excessive storage (Recommended use: maximum 12 months after delivery).

Properties and benefits

Yacco MULTICOUPE 600 oil allows the formation of a stable microemulsion; prepare it by adding the concentrated oil to water (soft to medium-hard water) while stirring (never the other way around).

Yacco MULTICOUPE 600 oil has enhanced anti-corrosion properties, with a formulation free of boron (not classified as SVHC under REACH), chlorine, formaldehyde releasers, and phenol. It provides low foaming, making it ideal for high pressures and flow rates in soft or medium-hard water.

Yacco MULTICOUPE 600 oil is suitable for centralized systems.
