Description

Yacco Galaxie 5W40 oil is a 100% synthetic PAO/ESTERS competition oil.

Yacco Galaxie 5W40 is a 100% synthetic oil formulated with polyalphaolefins and high molecular weight esters to ensure optimal lubrication in extreme conditions. This product has been developed to meet the requirements of highly stressed sports or grand touring engines used on the road or on the track.

The Galaxie range is available in several viscosities to meet the different conditions that may be encountered depending on the type of competition, the engine and the settings. To maintain sufficient oil pressure, use this product or one of the others in the Yacco Galaxie range depending on the service and the extent of dilution by unburned fuel.

Properties and benefits

Yacco Galaxie 5W40 oil has an SAE 5W-40 grade providing excellent cold start performance while ensuring excellent protection at high temperatures to ensure good oil pressure in all circumstances during service.

Yacco Galaxie 5W40 oil offers high shear resistance allowing a large oil film to be maintained in service when hot even under severe operating conditions, enhanced thermal stability to prevent the formation of deposits and very low volatility to minimize oil consumption.

This oil also offers excellent detergent and dispersant properties allowing the maintenance of good engine cleanliness.
